Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to develop engaging assets across digital, print, social media and internal communications. You will work with the Head of Marketing to bring Carlisle's brand and stories to life with high-quality visuals.

Ideally 1–2 years’ design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–2 years of hands‑on graphic design experience, either in‑house, agency‑side or freelance.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience creating social media graphics, presentations and marketing collateral.
• An understanding of typography, layout, colour, image selection and visual hierarchy.
• The ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative work with minimal day‑to‑day supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, spelling and accuracy.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
