Marsh is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join its Impact team in London. This early-career role offers hands-on experience across print, digital media, and motion graphics, working with a collaborative team of designers and consultants.

You will contribute from brief to delivery, manage production, and ensure on-brand solutions that meet deadlines and budgets. A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in graphic design or digital design.
• 1–2 years of design/agency experience, or a highly motivated graduate with relevant qualifications.
• A portfolio brimming with striking, well crafted examples of your best work.
• Strong skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of print production.
• Strong typography, layout, retouching, and detail orientation.
• Excellent time management skills and experience in working under pressure to strict deadlines across multiple projects.
• Good verbal and written communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and explain creative thinking clearly.
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable team player.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Creative Designer to join Marsh’s Impact team. https://weareimpact.marsh.com/

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer looking to develop their skills within a supportive creative team, working along side graphic and digital designers, and motion graphic artists.

Working closely with Creatives and Communication Consultants, the Junior Creative Designer will help deliver creative solutions from the initial brief, concept creation, design and layout, through to producing artwork and managing production on all client communication collateral.

We will rely on you to:

• Create, manage, and deliver creative design projects across different media
