Job summary

Mercer is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join Marsh’s Impact team. You will work with graphic and digital designers and motion artists to deliver creative solutions from brief to final artwork, managing production and client collateral.

You will collaborate with creatives and consultants, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard while following brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in graphic design or digital design.
• 1–2 years of design/agency experience or a motivated graduate.
• Portfolio with strong, well-crafted work.
• Strong skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of print production and typography.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and deliver creative design projects across media.
• Oversee production throughout the lifecycle, including suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to a high standard.
• Follow brand guidelines while maintaining the original concept.
• Resolve design and print-related challenges.
• Communicate progress and maintain project notes.
• Support presentations with mock-ups and boards.
• Travel to client offices as needed.
