Job summary

Growthcurve in London is hiring a Junior Creative/Art Director to join a fast-moving team that blends strategy, media and creative under one roof. You’ll work in a creative pair with a copywriter, producing assets across paid social, short-form video, landing pages and brand visuals from day one.

You’ll collaborate with senior creatives and strategy to turn briefs into scroll-stopping concepts, build boards and references for shoots, and contribute fast-turn content to test ideas while using AI

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in art direction, design or a visual creative role at an agency with a real client portfolio.
• Strong visual instincts across composition, type, pacing, colour and motion, with the ability to justify choices.
• Familiar with how visuals perform on TikTok, Meta and YouTube, and ability to distinguish authentic from trend-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Create platform-specific visual assets for paid social, short-form video, landing pages and campaign assets.
• Contribute references, ideas and visual territories to concepting sessions.
• Translate briefs into scroll-stopping concepts that balance culture with performance.
• Build storyboards, mood boards and art direction references for shoots and production.
• Produce fast-turn content (statics, quick edits, rough cuts) to test ideas quickly.
• Leverage AI image and video tools to speed up ideation and production.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback with clear purpose.
