Job summary

Growthcurve in London is hiring two Junior Producers to learn production end-to-end—from shoots and social content to ad creative and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll collaborate with Senior Producers across our in-house studio to plan, organise and deliver projects for fast-moving brands.

You’ll stay on track across multiple projects, prep shoots with call sheets and kits, run shoot days in-studio or on location, track post-production with editors, coordinate UGC and creator content, and keep

Qualifications

• 1+ year of production experience at an agency, production company or brand.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive communication.
• Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve on shoots.
• Strong interest in social content, video and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Keep productions on track across multiple projects, including timelines and logistics.
• Prepare shoots with call sheets, schedules, kit lists, locations, casting and suppliers.
• Run shoot days in studio or on location and manage on-site problem solving.
• Coordinate post-production with editors and designers, chasing feedback and delivering assets.
• Coordinate UGC and creator content briefs, deliverables and approvals.
• Maintain budgets and trackers and flag variances early.
• Help grow the network of freelancers and production suppliers.
