Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Junior Contracts Manager to join the roofing division in Northern England. The role involves supporting customers across the north and northeast of England on roofing renovation projects, with daily driving within a close radius.

The package includes 35,000 - 40,000 salary plus training, progression, bonus and a car. Originally designed as a training position, you will work closely with senior contracts managers and gain formal qualifications while developing

Do you have contracts management, estimation, or construction industry related experience?

The company are a multi-disciplinary construction and civils company, they act as the principal contractor but additionally work on multiple projects at once and they have a great reputation for looking after and developing staff.

This is a great opportunity to secure a junior contracts manager role, supporting customers across the north and northeast of England on roofing renovation projects.

The company have plenty of longstanding, senior members within the division for you to learn from and you will gain formal qualifications, alongside buddying up with a senior contracts manager.

Once trained, you will be overseeing multiple Contracts at any one time in Civils, Construction, Refurbs, Roofing and Utilities.

The Role

Junior Contracts Manager - Roofing
Monday to Friday - 39 hours
Contracts in Northern England (Generally within daily driving distance)
