The Role

Grow our eCommerce brand through brilliant copy. You are an effective communicator, a strategic thinker, and have an excellent command of the English language. We are looking for an exceptional content writer to join the team who will support a fast-paced, interdepartmental team focused on driving customer engagement through various marketing channels.

Key Accountabilities

• Producing engaging copy to be used for target audience as a focus.
• Effectively communicating the brand image and expanding brand awareness across every aspect of the business.
• Overseeing the updating and uploading of relevant online content across all platforms.
• Creating technical and creative content including product descriptions, socials, blog posts and landing pages.
• Supporting with the production of social media content.
• Proofreading content across the business.
• Maintain and oversee creative standards and guidelines.
• Looking out for industry trends to enhance product promotion and involved in keyword research to optimize page performance.
• Collaborate and support the wider team on various projects including social, affiliate and email marketing teams.
• Develop skills in SEMrush & Keyword planner.
• Provide weekly progress reports.
