Job description

We are a successful and diverse events and media production company based in the beautiful surroundings of Abney Park in Cheadle, South Manchester. We specialise in the production of events that take us all over the world, and in creating exciting and innovative digital media, primarily within the healthcare industry.

We're looking for a Junior Content Producer to join our Media team and help us create engaging content for our clients’ events.

Working closely with our Video, Creative and Digital teams, you’ll help support a range of event-related media projects. From contributing to briefing meetings, ensuring key information is shared between teams, monitoring project timelines, through to coordinating video and design content for a large-scale in-person event, this is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll learn from a friendly and supportive team. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to take ownership of your own projects as you develop with us.

You’ll already have some experience in video and design content production and workflows, either from a previous similar role, from further or higher education, or perhaps you’re currently working in a project support role within a busy media team and looking for the next step in your career.

You'll be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple (often changing!) priorities. Strong communication skills are essential, as is a strong command of written English, including spelling and grammar, as you’ll be helping to quality-check written content. You’ll also have experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Our projects can sometimes require work outside normal office hours to meet deadlines, and there may be opportunities to support projects onsite in the future, so flexibility is important.

We're not just looking to fill this role, we're looking for someone to develop and grow their career with us. Many of our people have progressed within the business by building on their skills and knowledge, and taking on new challenges as they arise. We'd love you to do the same!
