Job description

About the Group

What’s Possible is the only harmonious group exclusively for marketers at entrepreneurial brands. It invests in, and supports, marketing services businesses in the UK, Europe and US.

At the heart of the group is The Specialist Works, one of the UK’s largest independent media agencies.

The world is obsessed by small start-ups or the largest corporates. Most UK media agencies are built to serve the top 100 spending clients, and there are a multitude of boutique agencies to serve those starting out in business. The Specialist Works is different. We are built exclusively for marketers at entrepreneurial brands. Businesses that are past the messy start-up stage but are worlds away from the slow-paced nature of large corporates.

Our clients span large privately owned businesses (often PE backed, founder-led or both) and small to mid-cap public enterprises. They are fighting larger, more established competitors and know they need to think and behave differently to win. They don’t conform to category norms. Since they can’t out-spend their competition, disruption is the safest move they can make.

The marketers leading these brands are innovative, resourceful, moving at pace and in all-out growth mode. They’re powerful; redefining categories, overtaking and acquiring traditional businesses and changing consumer behaviour along with it.

Our clients share three common yet exciting challenges which define everything we do as an agency:

  • Consumer – customer acquisition is key to their success
  • Company – they are highly ambitious and built lean
  • Category – they are often outspent by their competitors, need to outmanoeuvre the competition and are passionate about disrupting an established category

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and curious Junior Content Producer to help shape how The Specialist Works shows up in the world - starting with content that connects. You’ll play a key role in telling the agency’s story across digital, social and video platforms, including helping to estbalish what our new video series, TheSpecialist View looks and feels like. You’ll also collaborate with What’s Possible Creative, our in-house design team, to flex your skills across broader creative work - both client and internal-facing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get stuck into storytelling at a time when we’re building our content function from the ground up. You’ll be part of a small but mighty marketing team, surrounded by specialists who love what they do, with plenty of room to grow your technical and creative skills from day one.

And from time to time, your design skills may also be called upon to support pitch materials and campaign development - so a proactive, can-do attitude and love for visual creativity will go a long way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Support the creation, editing and publishing of scroll-stopping content across video, social and digital - tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.
  • The Specialist View: Help bring our flagship video series to life - storyboarding, filming, editing, and producing content that reflects our people and point of view.
  • Creative Storytelling: Learn to shape content that informs, entertains, and drives engagement, while aligning with brand tone and strategy.
  • Design & Creative Support: Assist with ad hoc design requirements, especially pitch decks and new business collateral.
  • On-the-Ground Filming: Get behind the camera at events, vox pops, and behind-the-scenes shoots across our offices and shoots.
  • Content Tailoring: Optimise output for different platforms and audiences, understanding what works where.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the New Business & Marketing team and What’s Possible Creative to support wider initiatives and content delivery.
  • Learning & Development: Build your skills across editing, motion graphics, social media trends, and campaign workflows, with hands-on support.

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural storyteller, passionate about video and digital content.
  • Some experience with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut); After Effects is a bonus.
  • A keen eye for design and detail, with the initiative to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at pace.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude - ready to learn, experiment and ask questions.
  • A growing understanding of social platforms and content trends.
  • A genuine interest in helping shape the future of content marketing inside a growing, creatively led media agency.

Working Conditions:

  • A minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with expectation of working between both Kent and the London offices each week.
  • May require some travel to meet with potential clients or attend industry events on an ad-hoc basis.

We provide an exciting, fast paced, people first environment that allows everyone to grow, learn and thrive. We encourage a flexible way of working to adapt to personal circumstances, individual, and business needs.

We offer all our employees share options, and we've built a benefits package that invests in our employees’ long-term personal and professional growth and wellbeing.

Our Values

- Inquisitiveness: Ask "what's possible?". Ask "why not?".
