Salary: £39,800 - £44,400 + London Weighting (£5,319) FTE, (pro-rated salary £31,700 - £37,000 + London Weighting (£4,255)) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Location: London, Television Centre. This is a hybrid role with a balance of office and home working.

The Role

The Content Compliance Producer supports the Senior Content Compliance Producer and Content Compliance Editor to ensure all branded content complies with relevant advertising regulations, including the BBC Advertising and Sponsorship Guidelines and national laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance oversight during production and publishing.
• Act as deputy to the Content Compliance Editor and handle Advertising Standards Guardian approvals.
• Assess and advise on evidence supporting content claims.
• Conduct due diligence on clients.
• Advise the team on compliance matters.
• Provide internal compliance training.
• Ensure all content aligns with BBC guidelines and standards.
