• Work hands-on across the full design journey, from concept through to implementation
• Apply lean/agile approaches to keep improving how content is built and delivered
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to keep work moving smoothly
• Work autonomously, bringing ideas to life and owning your part of the design process
