Job summary

Back To Work in the East Midlands is seeking a Junior Content Creator for content across social media and the company website. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to learn photography, video, copywriting, and digital marketing.

You will work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging content about recipes, products, and seasonal promotions, while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with food safety messaging.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content across social media and the company website.
• Capture high-quality photos and short videos of food products, production stages, staff stories and events.
• Write and edit clear, appealing copy for posts, product descriptions, newsletters, packaging updates and internal communications.
• Support social media activity, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and enquiries.
• Conduct research into food trends and customer preferences to inform new content ideas.
• Track and report on campaign performance using analytics to identify top formats and engagement.
• Ensure all content is brand-aligned and compliant with food safety messaging and regulatory requirements.
