Back To Work, a marketing agency in the East Midlands, is seeking a Junior Content Creator. Full training will be provided and you will produce engaging digital content for social media and the company site.

You will capture photos and short videos, write copy, and support campaigns from concept to delivery. You will research trends, assist with scheduling and engagement, and help ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Create engaging digital content showcasing products, recipes, behind-the-scenes processes and promotions across social media and the company website.
• Capture high-quality photos and short videos of food products, production stages, staff stories and events for campaigns.
• Write and edit clear, appealing copy for posts, product descriptions, newsletters and packaging updates.
• Support social media activity, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to comments.
• Research food trends, customer preferences and industry developments to inspire content ideas.
• Track and report campaign performance using analytics to identify best-performing formats and engagement patterns.
• Ensure all content is brand-aligned and compliant with food safety messaging and regulatory requirements.
