Job description

Social network you want to login/join with:

We’re a creative and advertising agency for hungry food & drink brands. Established in 2015, we're now the creative and media lead on category-leading UK brands. We create Ideas That Stick.

We’re a growing team with diverse skill sets that come together to make something a little special. Our major focus is helping brands make the most of themselves, and we do this by coming up with the big ideas and delivering them too. Simply put, we plan, produce, and run creative campaigns worth talking about. We’ve found that delivering creative and media under one roof makes things easier and more effective for everybody involved!

Current Clients Include:

  • TREK Bars

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Junior Content Creator, you’ll be hands-on from day one — planning, shooting, and editing your own content for a range of food brands and campaigns.

You’ll be supported by the Head of Creative and our Midweight Content Creator, and provided continued training on how to improve your creative output across lighting and camera work. This role is still, though, highly independent. You'll be expected to manage your own timetable and shoots, think creatively on your feet, and deliver polished social content ready for publication on the brand's social channels.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s hungry to develop their craft, loves storytelling through video, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

SKILLS & QUALITIES REQUIRED

  • Solid skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
  • Familiar with shooting content for social platforms
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A finger on the pulse of social trends, especially TikTok & Instagram platforms
  • Proactive, resourceful, and confident working independently
  • A genuine passion for food and visual storytelling
  • Full clean driving licence

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience with camera operation and lighting techniques
  • Knowledge of video production workflows and industry standards
  • A portfolio of previous video production or editing work
  • Agency experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit content for social media, digital campaigns, and client projects from briefs from the organic planning team—from snackable short-form videos to mouth-watering hero shots.
  • Production Ownership: Take full responsibility for your content shoots, including setting up lighting (when necessary), shooting, styling food (when necessary), and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Editing & Post-Production: Edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar), adding sound design, music, and subtitles when needed.
  • Creative Research: Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly in the food and lifestyle space, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Asset Management: Organise and maintain video, photo, and sound assets with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Content Creator and Head of Creative to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all projects.

  • Annual Team Task/Trip – 2025’s is in Barcelona
  • Free on-site gym access
  • Hybrid working (Monday and Thursday in the office in Milton Keynes, shooting schedule allowing)
  • 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
