Job Description

We are seeking talented graduates (or final-year students) from diverse backgrounds to join our team. Our company, appointed to the FCA’s Skilled Person Panel for Financial Crime, helps clients stay ahead of emerging risks and evolving regulations by optimizing systems and controls, leveraging AI-powered technology and data analytics to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability, thereby reducing compliance costs.

What are we looking for?

  • Passionate individuals eager to contribute to the fight against financial crime. Knowledge of financial crime compliance is advantageous but not required.
  • Problem solvers and innovative thinkers who perform well under pressure and challenge conventional approaches.
  • Excellent communicators and collaborative team players.
  • Experience in programming or software engineering, preferably with Python, but also R, C, or other languages. We value thinking like an engineer over specific language expertise.
  • Data science expertise, including machine learning, data preprocessing, visualization, statistical analysis, and working with various data types. Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs is a plus.
