Job summary

The LPI Group is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery and coordination of projects from inception to completion. You will work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure requirements, timelines and budgets are achieved.

The role is based in London and requires a full, clean driver’s licence; travel across the UK is expected. This is an excellent opportunity to develop project management experience within the construction/electrical sector.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience in a project coordination or junior project management role in construction/electrical industries desirable.
• Knowledge of lightning protection systems, earthing, or surge protection desirable.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and industry standards.
• Fluent English; additional languages helpful but not required.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team in delivery of complex and high-value projects.
• Assist with project planning and day-to-day coordination to meet timelines and budgets.
• Help communicate project objectives to team members and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal staff to support delivery.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior team members.
• Assist in preparation and tracking of project budgets and financial information.
• Support resource coordination for personnel, equipment and materials.
• Ensure work complies with company standards, regulations and Health & Safety law.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including contracts and progress reports.
• Assist in preparing reports on project status, performance metrics and financial updates.
