Clarion Events Ltd in London is seeking a dynamic producer to join the Digital Marketing Division, curating market-leading agendas, recruiting top-tier speakers and delivering engaging content experiences across Affiliate Summit and Creator Economy Live.

Reporting to the Head of Content, you will build influential networks, use AI tools to speed research and craft compelling session titles while traveling to shows in the US and other locations.

Qualifications

• Some experience in conference production, event content or research.
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand a new industry.
• Commercial acumen with ability to turn topics into revenue.
• Confident communicator reaching out to senior industry figures by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Strong writing skills for compelling session titles and descriptions.
• Organised and able to meet deadlines, follow processes and manage workload.
• Tech-literate and comfortable using AI tools to enhance work.
• Interest in digital marketing (affiliate, creator or influencer marketing a bonus).
• Good at building relationships and growing industry network.
• Proactive with ideas, open to new approaches.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Research the market across buy and sell sides to identify trends and opportunities.
• Write commercial agendas appealing to delegates and sponsors.
• Identify and recruit speakers to drive audience acquisition.
• Build and maintain a network of industry connections.
• Identify potential media partners to extend reach.
• Innovate content experiences with new formats and ideas.
• Use customer insights to inform content strategy and initiatives.
• Monitor competitors to identify USPs for events and digital products.
• Travel to shows in New York and Las Vegas and to competitor events.
• Support the Head of Content with broader production tasks.
