Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Composite Laminator to join our well-established Composites team. Based in the heart of our innovative and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this great opportunity is perfect for those wanting to start or continue their journey in F1.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the Composite Leader and Team Leaders to understand priorities and deadlines.
2. Understand production plans to ensure delivery dates will be achieved and communicate any deviation from the plans.
3. Ensure the quality of parts produced, identifying and correcting any deviations from specifications before progressing.
4. Prioritise daily workloads to ensure high utilisation and maximise productivity.
5. Provide feedback to the Team Leader on any manufacturing improvement, cost, or lead-time reduction suggestions.
6. Maintain a proactive and can-do attitude.
7. Assist other staff in the department with their duties to ensure deadlines are met.
8. Carry out other duties at the factory or events as assigned to further the performance of Red Bull Technology.

Essential Competencies:

1. Understand composite laminating manufacturing processes.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow achievable objectives, goals, strategies, and measures.
3. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
4. Tight tolerance working skills.
5. Conscientious and methodical in approach.
6. Ability to work flexibly when additional shifts are required.
