Junior Compliance Assistant

Award-winning media and commercial law firm seeks to hire an Junior Compliance Assistant to join their busy finance team in London on a permanent basis.

• Salary to £30,000
• Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Fantastic Junior Compliance Assistant opportunity for someone with at least 6 months’ experience of working within a London law firm where you have dealt with AML processes and on-boarding procedures.

Junior Compliance Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and confirming the identities of clients, beneficial owners and third-party payors.
• Locating and obtaining company incorporation or regulatory information for clients and beneficial owners in all international offices.
• Monitoring the Firm’s risk and compliance in relation to AML/CTF/KYC checks.
• Maintaining an internal AML database of CDD information about the Firm’s clients and other relevant parties.
• Reviewing conflict checks.

Junior Compliance Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

• At least 6 months’ experience of dealing with AML processes gained from a law firm environment
• Knowledge of AML compliance software
• Strong communication skills
• Confident with all MS Office packages
