Job summary

Atrium, a Lloyd’s insurer, is seeking an entry-level Compliance Analyst to support the compliance function and promote a proportionate culture of compliance across the business. This role offers exposure to monitoring, regulatory requirements, and interaction with multiple teams.

You will work under the Compliance Team, maintain monitoring framework, assist with sanctions screening, AML checks, and reporting to the Board. Atrium emphasizes flexible working and equal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial crime requirements applicable to UK and US financial services firms.
• Ability to learn regulatory standards including FCA Handbook, Lloyd’s Byelaws, Regulations and Codes of Conduct.
• Willingness to support Compliance Team and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the compliance monitoring framework and report findings.
• Assist with financial crime checks and risk management.
• Support complaints handling procedures and conduct risk policy.
• Provide guidance to syndicate, agency units and overseas offices on regulatory matters.
