The Clocktower in Norwich is looking to hire a new Junior Commis Chef to join the kitchen team. The pub has recently undergone a significant investment, and we are eager to expand our kitchen team ahead of the new re-opening.

The Clocktower is part of Red Cat Independent Pubs’ Castle Carvery group. It has recently been refurbished, and we are excited to showcase the new interior to the people of Norwich. Castle Carvery is well known in Norfolk for offering high-quality British carvery fare, and the refurbishment at The Clocktower aims to elevate the standard of food and service. Alongside the carvery, we offer a menu featuring comforting, homemade gastro pub classics.
