Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in commercial property.
• Experience handling a range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold dealings.
• Strong client care skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
• Experience with landlord and tenant matters and related documentation.
• Ability to manage own caseload and contribute to larger transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and support a growing client base as part of the team.
• Assist on larger transactions and handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters and related documentation.
• Involve in infrastructure agreements and property-related construction documentation.
