Job summary

Realm Recruit is seeking an NQ-2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing team, working directly alongside senior lawyers from day one on high-quality transactions.

You’ll build a broad skillset across Commercial Property and Property Finance, with hybrid working and clear progression as you develop your own caseload.

Unlike a large department, you’ll have regular access to approachable leaders who invest in your long‑term career and growth within the firm.

Qualifications

NQ-2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
Strong Commercial Property training or post-qualified experience
Excellent communication and client care skills
Strong drafting and organisational ability
Keen to broaden technical knowledge across a varied caseload
Interest in Property Finance work (desirable)
Ambitious, collaborative and looking to build a long-term career

Responsibilities

Managing your own Commercial Property matters as your experience develops
Supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions
Advising clients on a broad range of Commercial Property matters
Building long-term client relationships
Attending networking opportunities where appropriate
Developing your technical expertise across a varied property caseload
Contributing to the continued growth of the department
