Job summary

Realm Recruit in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) for a growing team. You’ll work alongside senior lawyers from day one on high‑quality transactions, gradually building your own caseload.

You’ll gain exposure to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development and real estate finance, with a culture that supports learning and long‑term career development. Hybrid working is available, with regular leadership support.

Qualifications

NQ–2 PQE in Commercial Property or equivalent training/experience.
Strong Commercial Property training or post-qualification experience.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Strong drafting and organisational ability.
Keen to broaden technical knowledge across a varied caseload.
Interest in Property Finance work is desirable.
Ambitious, collaborative and seeking long-term progression.

Responsibilities

Manage your own Commercial Property matters as you gain experience.
Support senior lawyers on more complex transactions.
Advise clients on a broad range of Commercial Property matters.
Build long-term client relationships and networks.
Attend networking opportunities where appropriate.
Develop technical expertise across a varied property caseload.
Contribute to the growth of the department.
