Junior Commercial Property Manager

London

up to £35k for the successful candidate

My client, an independent property consultancy, is looking to add a Junior Surveyor to their Property Management team. You’ll be part of a team of 6 active nationwide, particularly in London and the Home Counties. Ideally, the successful candidate will have prior property management experience, preferably on the commercial side. You will be managing a mixed commercial portfolio individually, as well as part of a team. Dealing with clients first-hand and being encouraged to win further business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine property inspections.
• Supervising a diverse portfolio spanning across London and the UK.
• Directing property maintenance through external contractors, ensuring cost-efficient work and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
• Collaborating with the accounts team regarding service charges, rent invoicing, year-end reconciliation, and addressing financial inquiries.

Experience

• Property Management experience, commercially, would be beneficial.
• An interest in the property market
• Proficiency in typical office IT systems such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary for this role.

My client is looking to pay up to £35k for the successful candidate. Further support in gaining more qualifications (MRICS) will be provided too.
