Title: Junior Commercial Manager
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 + 6,000 Car Allowance
Location: Home-based with travel to customers

We're working with a high-quality food manufacturer looking for a Junior Commercial Manager to support and grow their relationships with major UK retailers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role responsibilities:

Supporting the Commercial Lead, you'll help drive success across a portfolio of retail accounts by:

  • Managing day-to-day sales and service relationships with all major Grocery Retailers

  • Supporting profitable growth and identifying new opportunities

  • Helping with forecasting, budgeting, and promotional planning

  • Assisting in gaining new listings and expanding store distribution

  • Playing a key role in NPD and innovation projects

Key candidate criteria:

  • Account management or commercial support experience in Food Manufacturing with a Retailer focus

  • Account Management & New Business experience
  • Strong understanding of the food sector

  • Confident using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations

  • A flexible, proactive mindset with great interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
