Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior CNC Machinist in Redruth to train on the latest CNC machines and progress under industry experts. You will work on defence, aerospace and renewable energy projects and benefit from 1-on-1 coaching and clear career progression.

You'll interpret drawings, program and operate multiple CNC machines, troubleshoot and keep machines clean to meet production standards. The role offers £14.50-£16.50 per hour with 10 hours overtime and a pension, plus 28 days

Formación

• Junior machinist with core engineering background.
• Willingness to train and progress under supervision.
• Commutable to Redruth and open to overtime.

In this role you will be responsible for programming, operating and troubleshooting a range of products for different industries ensuring production lines remain operational and clean to support product delivery. You will play a key role in the Production, Programming and Operating multiple machines ensuring all products meet required standards within deadlines.

This role would suit a Junior CNC Machinist or similar who's ready to join a company who support and mentor their employees through apprenticeship into supervisory roles whilst benefitting from training courses and flexibility around your work, with a minimum of 10 hours overtime weekly to greatly increase your OTE.
