Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree, HND or HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Awareness of CDM regulations and Health & Safety.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technical delivery of residential projects from inception to completion.
• Assist with site investigations, topographical surveys and other reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and statutory bodies on design development.
• Assist with planning applications and building warrant submissions.
• Support adoption and vesting processes with Authorities.
