Virgin Active is recruiting a Junior Activities Assistant to join the Family Activities Team. The role focuses on creating a safe, fun environment where children learn, play and thrive while parents enjoy the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2/3 qualification in a child-related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting children at all times.
• Ensuring a safe, attractive and welcoming environment for all children.
• Having a friendly, calm and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
• Adhering to all company and government policies and procedures.
• You enjoy working in a team and can inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support staff and members, building relationships with parents and carers.
