Job summary

Toolstation is recruiting for a Junior Category Manager to join the Commercial Team. Hybrid working from Northampton or Bridgwater, with weekly travel to Northampton and/or Bridgwater.

The role focuses on owning the customer proposition, driving new product innovation, and influencing trading margins and mix while supporting category strategies across Toolstation. You will build relationships with suppliers, stores and sales teams, with day-to-day duties including understanding market trends,
