Toolstation Limited is recruiting a Junior Category Manager to join our commercial team. This role sits between buying and supplier relations, owning the customer proposition and driving category strategies while collaborating with stores across our Northampton and Bridgwater offices.

You will develop supplier relationships, influence trading margins, and support the wider Commercial Strategy to grow our product base and business performance, all while delivering outstanding service to stores

Competenze

• Experience in buying or commercial roles with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence suppliers and build store relationships.
• Analytical mindset with market/category awareness.
• Experience spotting opportunities and managing costs/budgets.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and presentation tools (Sheets/Excel/PowerPoint).
