Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) and strengthen our control environment. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard client assets.

In this role, you will oversee daily CASS controls, review incidents, and contribute to risk management. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in investment, banking, or regulatory analytics and proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and Python.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an analyst in finance, bank, consultancy or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, especially CASS 6 and 7.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls.
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact.
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans.
• Managing the team's meeting governance.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).

As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard customer and custody assets, and strengthen our control environment.

What you'll be doing

What you'll need

• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent data analysis skills
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise

Nice to have

• A professional certificate/diploma in risk, compliance, or CASS
• A degree in economics or finance
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
