Job summary

Revolut in Bournemouth is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to uphold the FCA CASS framework, protect client assets, and strengthen our control environment. In the first line of defence, you’ll partner with Operations and risk teams to monitor daily CASS controls and drive improvements.

You will need at least 2 years as an analyst in financial services, awareness of CASS 6 and 7, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of compliance with the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS).

As part of the first line of defence, you'll partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard customer and custody assets, and strengthen our control environment.
