Job summary

Volta Ventures is seeking career-driven individuals for a fast-track sales and leadership programme. You’ll start by frontline events and in-store campaigns, then progress to leading teams and running campaigns across the UK.

The role develops through hands-on learning, hiring and onboarding, with clear targets, weekly KPIs, and opportunities for travel within the UK and abroad as you rise to team leader.

• Any degree subject.
• No management experience required — we teach everything from day one.
• Able to work face-to-face with customers and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up live events and acquiring new customers through face-to-face channels.
• Interviewing candidates for the programme.
• Training teams and teaching back to others.
• Tracking team KPIs and performance levels to ensure targets are met.

At Volta Ventures we run live face to face events and retail campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the country. We're growing fast which means we need more people who can learn to lead large teams. We are looking for career driven and ambitious individuals who want to fast track their career and develop in sales, leadership and management. We need more people overseeing campaigns in new market locations.

How it Works

First stage of our programme is spent at our live events and in-store campaigns speaking to customers face to face. Nothing teaches how a campaign really works faster than running it and being on the frontline. From here we begin learning about leadership, training and developing others, become responsible for hiring and onboarding, owning targets, running events and retail locations. The goal is leading teams and pioneering campaigns for our clients.

A Week Here Will Include

Birmingham city centre, a few minutes' walk from New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill, with buses and trams on the doorstep. Our team commutes in from Solihull, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Sutton Coldfield and further. If you can be in town for 8am, you're close enough.
