Relay Direct Ltd in Milton Keynes is recruiting for a Graduate Management Trainee. The programme trains you to lead a team from day one with mentorship, a clear six‑month plan and published criteria to measure progression.

You’ll work face-to-face with customers and client teams, developing leadership skills through hands-on campaigns. During the first six months you will shadow a Campaign Lead, then take charge of your own campaigns and, by months four to six, coach new starters and report

Graduate Management Trainee — Milton Keynes

Relay Direct runs face-to-face brand campaigns for established names across B2B, B2C and events. Our Graduate Management Trainee programme is built for people who want to lead a team early, and we train you for it from day one. No management experience needed — just the drive to bring people with you.

We're a team in Milton Keynes working with recognised brands. Our trainees spend their days with customers and client teams, not behind a screen, and our current Campaign Leads all started by learning on the job. You'll have a mentor, a clear plan for your first six months and published criteria showing exactly what it takes to lead your own team.

Your first 6 months

• Weeks 1–4: Work alongside an experienced Campaign Lead. Learn our clients, our customers and how great campaigns run.
• Months 2–3: Take charge of your own customer-facing campaigns with full support.
• Months 4–6: Coach new starters, report on results, and step toward your first team.

Progression is based on results and reliability, not time served.

• A warm, confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
• Organised, proactive and keen to lead
• Happy working face-to-face in the field
