Job summary

Streamline Services Consultancy Limited is seeking a motivated Junior CAD/Revit Technician to join the expanding CAD/BIM team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on producing and updating drawings and developing Revit models under experienced guidance.

You will gain practical experience in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit with structured training, supporting engineers and BIM specialists to ensure information is accurate, coordinated and conforms to company standards.

Qualifications

Interest in CAD, BIM, construction or building services.
Basic understanding of technical drawings and the ability to interpret information accurately.
Basic computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Good organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Produce and amend 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with project requirements.
Update existing drawings based on information provided by engineers and senior technicians.
Develop and maintain Revit models under the guidance of experienced BIM/Revit technicians.
Assist with the modelling of mechanical and electrical building services and production of Revit-based drawings.
Assist with model coordination and ensure project information is coordinated and compliant with company standards.
