Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Junior CAD Draughtsperson for a bespoke joinery specialist in Totton. You will learn to complete detailed designs for high-end interiors, with AutoCAD draughting and a clear path for training and progression.

The role is office-based and follows a Monday–Friday 07:30–17:00 schedule. Ideal candidates are graduates with some AutoCAD experience from interior design or joinery backgrounds and must be commutable to Southampton.

Are you an aspiring CAD Draughtsperson who is looking for an opportunity to step into a varied and exciting role within a well-established, family-run joinery company that can offer excellent training and career progression?

The company is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke joinery solutions. They provide solutions for the Residential, Marine, Hospitality and Corporate sectors.

Since launching, the company has built up a high-profile client base through their collaborative approach, high-quality project delivery.

The successful candidate will be learning to complete the detailed designs for bespoke high-end interior designs. This position will be office based.

This role would suit a Graduate, with some AutoCAD experience, from an interior design / joinery background who is looking for a chance to progress you career forward within a specialist company.
