Job summary

Talantir, a London-based hedge fund, seeks a Graduate/Junior C# Developer to join a lean technology team directly supporting trading functions. The role offers ownership from day one in a fast-paced environment focused on market data, analytics, and trading decisions across fixed income markets.

You will work in a flat, agile team, tackling complex engineering challenges and delivering scalable solutions. Exposure to Python, Linux, and distributed systems is expected as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic background in a STEM field.
• Strong experience with C# / .NET and software design.
• Proven ability to work in a high-performance trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance high-performance C# systems for trading and analytics.
• Develop tools for market data processing and trading infrastructure.
• Contribute to full software lifecycle from design to production support.
• Collaborate with traders, quants and engineers on robust solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture and design decisions from an early stage.
