What You’ll Be Doing

Our Junior Business Systems Analyst will work with ‘off-the-shelf’ third-party software solutions, focusing on the technology aspect of the solution. You’ll need to consider how it will integrate and impact our current infrastructure, security, and architecture.

• You’ll utilize various requirement elicitation techniques and documentation to ensure a full understanding of business processes.
• You’ll define and document IT system dependencies and integration points.
• You’ll provide consultancy throughout the project lifecycle and post-implementation to ensure solution design, business requirements, and IT strategy are aligned.
• You’ll collaborate with vendors to understand their solutions and assess their suitability for our needs.
• You’ll support the tendering process (RFI and RFP) to identify suitable vendors and solutions.
