Howden UK Brokers in Cheltenham is seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to help develop insurance knowledge and launch a career in broking, claims or underwriting. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Cheltenham office.

You will interact with potential clients, attend conferences, promote the Howden range, and build a strong pipeline of leads while receiving on-the-job training and opportunities for professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in retail, customer services, sales or a call centre background is desirable.
