Business Development Executive – Bridging Finance

Are you a finance graduate ready to launch your career in London’s financial hub – Mayfair?

An exciting opportunity has opened with one of our clients, a well-established property finance lender specialising in bridging loans for investment transactions. This is a perfect entry point for someone looking to break into the world of property finance, or for someone with up to a few years of experience in financial services or real estate who is looking to take the next step in a dynamic, client-facing role. You'll work closely with experienced Business Development Managers (BDMs), gain hands-on experience, and build a solid foundation in a high-growth segment of the financial services industry.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support BDMs in identifying and developing new business from brokers and intermediaries
• Communicate professionally and promptly with broker partners
• Create and maintain KPI reports (Excel)
• Send indicative loan terms to brokers or clients
• Attend meetings and networking events with BDMs
• Assist with social media and marketing content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Keep CRM records (ALCADRA) updated
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Provide general administrative and team support

? What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Confident communicator with excellent written and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel within the UK if needed
