Job summary

Morson Talent is seeking a Business Central Junior Support Analyst to join our Applications team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will provide first and second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related business applications, focusing on BAU tasks and user assistance.

Based in the UK, the role offers hybrid/remote working with one day per week in Clevedon. You will collaborate with IT Applications Manager, senior analysts, and external partners to maintain

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in application/ERP support, service desk or business systems.
• Experience with first/second-line support and ticket triage.
• Understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support for Business Central and related apps.
• Triage, investigate and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Monitor tickets and ensure timely progress.
• Communicate clearly with users during support.
• Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or partners.
• Maintain data and perform routine admin tasks.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
• Support access management and data validation.
