Job summary

Ocorian in the United Kingdom is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join the Bermuda Client Excellence team. The role focuses on driving operational excellence through reporting, process improvement and regulatory support, offering exposure to multiple business areas and key projects.

You will build dashboards, analyse performance, assist with governance activities, and contribute to automation and testing initiatives, collaborating across teams to ensure accurate records and smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, operations, reporting, project support or regulated financial services administration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with operational data and spreadsheets.
• Ability to document requirements, processes, controls and findings clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful business insights through management reporting, dashboards and data analysis that help drive informed decision-making.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities by analysing operational performance, service delivery, risk and quality metrics.
• Support key regulatory and governance activities, including filings, reporting, action tracking and audit evidence preparation.
• Play a hands-on role in business change initiatives, contributing to process improvements, automation projects, system enhancements and testing activities.
• Work across a variety of business priorities, collaborating with teams to provide operational support, maintain project records and ensure seamless delivery across the function.
