Job Title: Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter (Mandarin is a plus)

Location: London

Job Type: Hybrid working (4 days in-office, Fridays WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process & Assess: Evaluate new bridging loan applications and conduct credit analysis.
• Credit Proposals: Prepare detailed submissions for Credit Committee approval.
• Loan Documentation: Draft offer letters and ensure compliance during drawdown.
• Underwriting: Review and approve loans based on set criteria.
• Broker & Client Management: Handle case-related queries and manage expectations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Sales) and external partners (surveyors, solicitors, clients) for seamless loan execution.
• Industry Experience Required: Must have proven background in bridging and/or development finance.
