As Assistant Brand Manager, responsibilities will include supporting the execution of the wider brand strategy, ensuring all activity aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines. A key focus will be maintaining a consistent brand identity across multiple channels and touchpoints.
The role will involve planning, coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, supporting product launches and wider brand initiatives. Monitoring campaign performance will form an important part of the position, providing opportunities to analyse results, identify trends and recommend future improvements.
Working closely with sales, product development, marketing, clinical and design teams, the Assistant Brand Manager will help ensure projects remain aligned and on schedule. The role will also involve developing strong working relationships with external agencies and suppliers to deliver effective marketing materials and campaigns.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting market research projects, gathering consumer insights and analysing market trends to help inform future strategy and decision‑making.
The successful Assistant Brand Manager will receive a salary of £25-30k depending on experience. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week spent in the office.
