You will work under an experienced owner and senior technician, gaining hands-on mentoring and training across repair disciplines while developing into a fully skilled multi‑skilled technician.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn from professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair of accident-damaged vehicles to industry standards.
• Develop skills across panel repairs, preparation, polishing, strip and refit.
• Work with experienced technicians on a range of repair techniques.
• Inspect vehicles and identify repair requirements under supervision.
• Maintain workshop housekeeping and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets.
• Learn manufacturer repair methods and quality procedures.
• Progress to a fully skilled multi-skilled bodyshop technician.
