Job summary

OneFamily is seeking a Junior BI Developer to join our Business Intelligence team within the Data Centre of Excellence. In this hands-on role, you'll build and support Power BI reports, dashboards and data solutions that make information clear and accessible across the organisation.

You'll gain exposure to the full BI lifecycle, work with stakeholders to answer business questions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with guidance from the Data CoE team.

Qualifications

• Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of DAX, semantic modelling, Power Query and SQL.
• Analytical mindset with ability to explain data to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with the wider Power Platform and Azure data services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

What you'll bring:

You'll have practical experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards, alongside working knowledge of DAX, semantic modelling, Power Query and SQL. You'll be analytical, curious and confident explaining data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with the wider Power Platform, Azure data services or data warehousing would be an advantage.
