We are seeking a Junior Backend Engineer to join the Customer Experience Squad, helping to ship features for our recipient-facing products and to integrate systems that power day-to-day operations. This role suits someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly and contribute meaningful code daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in writing clean, testable Go code.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a team.
• Highly motivated and quick to learn new technologies.
• Bias toward shipping and delivering working features.

Responsibilities

• Build features for recipient-facing products, including live tracking and real-time updates.
• Develop integrations to support senders of various sizes with high reliability.
• Take tasks from idea to production: write code and tests, monitor ship outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews and proactively improve squad deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product and UX to measure impact and share learnings.
