Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Limited has a Junior AV Installation Engineer opening in London/ Home Counties. No prior AV experience is required as full training is provided; you will work with Control4, Lutron, home cinema, multi-room audio and networked AV systems on prestigious residential/commercial properties.

The role covers installation, cabling, testing, and commissioning across CCTV, access control and door entry systems, with a clear path to senior roles and industry-leading certification

Qualifications

• 1st Fix and 2nd Fix installation experience
• CAT5e/CAT6 cabling experience
• RJ45 termination skills
• Patch panel installation and testing
• Electrical installation knowledge
• CCTV, Intruder Alarm or Access Control experience
• Door Entry system installation
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills
• Experience installing or supporting AV systems

No previous AV experience is essential. If you have the right technical background, practical skills, and willingness to learn, full training will be provided.
