Job description

Welcome to an incredible opportunity where you can play a pivotal role within our vibrant organisation. Abion is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our success. Our office is located right next to St. Paul's beautiful cathedral with great access to main public transport lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and reporting internal and external deadlines
  • File trademark and design applications and renewals at the UKIPO and WIPO and instructing overseas lawyers
  • Managing and prosecuting trade marks at the UKIPO and WIPO and instructing overseas lawyers
  • Drafting co-existence and settlement agreements
  • Conducting trade mark clearance searches and providing opinions
  • Assisting with non-contentious trade mark disputes in the UK and other overseas trade mark offices
  • Supervising and organising administrative team to ensure records are accurate
  • Contribute to improving work flows and processes with Team Leader.
